to be dying and Dept. believes she soon

Say he believes the wounds must have
been given by some Instrument & not received
by the fall by reason that there ware no
Bones where some of the wounds ware and
that consequentlymuchwould have been Banis
and not wounds.

Surgeon being sworn and examined uponherhe is
Oath says that being applied to to give he's
opinion of touching the Death of Sarah< no role > the
Wife of Thomas Daniels< no role > Dept, went to sd.
Daniels House on Saturday Evening last
where he saw the Body of the said Sarah< no role >
says there was a very large Contusion on the
left side of her Head, and several Contusions
likewise appeared on the Ribbs of her left side:
that he waw several wounds about the left Hip
but none that appeared to Dept. to be given but
by the fall, and Dept. verily believes her Death
was interily occasioned by the Bruises the
received by the fall: that the lower [..] of [..] Bon [..]
of theleftlower arm [..] of the leftarmside was
fractured, the Wrist dislocated, and Dept. apprehend
the great shock she received in the fall was
the occasion of her death.
