Tankard was broke intopieces she this Examinant advised the said John Mc. Kelvie not to have any
thing to do with the said Tankard for she thought that the said Tankard was not Honestly come by
And the said John Mr. Kelvie then told the said Edward Dunstan that he would have nothing to do
with the said Tankard and got his five shillings back again And Immediately afterwards the
said John Mc. Kelvie told the said Edward Dunstan that he would stop the Tankard till he had
brought proof that he came Honestly by the said Tankard and the said Robert Brown< no role >
