Prisoner in Newgate .

Sheweth.

That your Petitioner was at the last January Session holden
for the said City Indicted for a Grand Larceny at the
Prosecution of One Mr. John Overy< no role >

Your Petitioner therefore most Humbly prays
that at this present Session of Gaol Delivery
of Newgate holden for the said City of London
He may be either Tried Bailed or discharged
for the Larceny aforesaid pursuant to the
Statute in that Case made and Provided.
