at the Prosecution of William Flowers< no role > and others
for Willfull and Corrupt Perjury

George Pennaliggan< no role > of Clerkenwell Green in
the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and
Saith that he this Deponent did or Friday the fifteenth
day of this instant April Personally deliver Unto the above
named William Flowers< no role > the Prosecutor a Notice in Writing
Signed by the said Martin Stevens< no role > Purporting that the
said Martin Stevens< no role > Wod. appear Pleas and Try his
Travers (upon the Indictment preferred against him
last Sessions for Willfull and Corrupt Perjury by the
said William Flowers< no role > and others) at that then next
ensuing Sessions of Oyer and Terminer to be holden
at the Sessions House at Justice Hall in the old Bailey
London on Wednesday then next being the Twentieth day
of April instant On as soon as the same could be Tryed by
the Court of which the Prosecutor was thereby to take knowledge
And this Deponent also Saith that he did also on Friday the sd.
fifteenth day of this instant April Personally deliver a like
notice in Writing Signed by the said Martin Steven Porporting
also to ye same Effect herein before mentioned unto Mr Francis
Leiwster
< no role > the Sollicitor for the sd. William Flowers< no role > yr Prosecutor
in this Indictment by Leaving the same with the wife of the said
Mr Leiwstor and this Deponent saith that the said Mr Leciester
hath acknowledged the Receipt thereof to this Deponent
