Sessions Tryed for a Felony and Acquitted of the same but it
Appearing to the Court on the Representation of
John Fielding< no role >
Esq
and other Circumstances that your Petition was Strongly
Suspected of Returning from Transportation before the time for
which she was at the about assizes held at Exeter
in the Year 1753
Ordered to be Transported It was then Ordered that your Petition
Should be Detained in Goal untill she should be Display
by due Course of Law
Therefore Your Petitioner most Humbly
Pray Your Honours Jen would be Pleased to
