Deponent did Yesterday Serve the said Prosecutor with a Notice in Writing in this
Cause Purporting that Henry Keys< no role > of Fire Ball Court Houndsditch London Dealer and Chapman Levi Moses< no role > of Carter Street in Houndsditch aforesaid
Pencil maker Henry Samuel< no role > of Saint James's Dukes Place London Perukemaker
and Lewis Openham< no role > of Carter Street aforesaid Merchant or Some two of them
would become Bail for the Defendant in this Cause at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
on this Day at three of the Clock in the afternoon by delivering the said Notice
to the said Prosecutor's Wife at his House in Aldersgate Street London
