Saith That on last Thursday as William
Thornton< no role >
a Prisoner for Debt was begging
at the Gate the deced Standing near said
Thornton,upon whichThornton without
any Provocation or Words push'd with both his Hands the deced
from him who imediately fellagainst the
with the Back part of his Head against
the Wallbelonging toin the Hall belonging
tot he Debtors side, and from thence to the
Ground flat on his Back, and lay Speechless.
That this Deponent saw Thomas Townsend< no role >
who is likewise a prisoner take the deced up
Stairs upon his Back That deponent did not
see him till the next Day, when he appeared
to be speechless and very ill.
