Sheweth

That the said David Davids< no role > together with Abraham Davids< no role > and
Thomas Doyle< no role > by Warrant under the Hand and Seal of Saunders Welch< no role > Esqr .
one of his Majesties Justices of the peace of the County of Middx bearing date the
20th. day of this Instant October were Committed to his Majesties Goal of Newgate
charged on the Oath of Thomas Crossland< no role > and Joseph Woolf< no role > for feloniously
taking and carrying away out of the Warehouse of the said Thomas Crossland< no role > a
Quantity of Rum to the Amount of Forty Gallons and upwards the Property of the
said Thomas Crossland< no role > against the peace Etc

That the said David Davids< no role > is intirely Innocent of the sd. Offence

The said David Davids< no role > therefore humbly prays that he
may be Tried Bailed or Discharged at this present Session
of Goal Delivery according to the Statute in that case made
and provided
