on either side were of Opinion that the said Appellants are aggrieved
by the Rate Complained of (being the poor's Rate for the said Parish
of St. Mary Woolchurch
Haw for One Year from the Feast of Easter
1754. to the Feast of Easter 1755.) in having been thereby
Assessedinthe Sum of Forty pounds for One years Rate towards
the Relief of the poor of the same parish for and in respect of
the House in Question Commonly called the Mansion House
And
that such sum of Forty pounds ought to be moderated and reduced to
the Sum of Thirty five pounds being a Rate upon the Sum of
Seven hundred pounds which the said Referrees thought a reasonable
Annual Value to be set upon the said House And Accordingly
Determined that the said Appellants should be Charged with and
pay the said Sum of Thirty five pounds for the said Year's Rate
for and in Respect of the said House in Question Now upon
Reading the said Report of the Referrees to whom the Matter in Question
touching this appeal was so Referred It is Ordered
that the Sum of Thirty five pounds shall be forthwith
paid to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St. Mary Woolchurch

the said Appellants in full Satisfaction of and for the
Rateandor Assessment in Question And that thereupon
all further proceedings in the said Appeal shall be
