complained of (being the Poors Rate for the said Parish of Saint Mary
Woolchurch Haw for one Year from the Feast of Easter One thousand seven
Hundred and Fifty four to the Feast of Easter One thousand seven hundred
and Fifty five in having been thereby Assessed the sum of Forty Pounds
for one Years Rate towards the Relief of the poor of the said Parish of Saint
Mary Woolchurch Haw for and in Respect of the House in Question
commonly called the Mansion House and that such Sum of Forty Pounds
ought to be moderated and reduced to the Sum of Thirty five Pounds being
a Rate upon the Sum of Seven hundred Pounds which we think a reasonable
annual value to be set upon the said House And we do accordingly
determine that the said Appellants be charged with and pay the said Sum
of Thirty five Pounds for the said Year's Rate for and in respect of the said
House in Question In Testimony whereof we have hereunto
and to two Duplicates hereof One of which we have Delivered to the said
Mr: Henshaw Sollicitor for the said Appellants and the other to the said
Church Wardens and Overseers of the said Parish on behalf of the said
Respondent Set our Hands and Seals the fourth Day of April in the
Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty five
