desired she would deliver to her Husband the said John Lefebure< no role >
who this Deponent verify believes was not then at home
and this Deponent did at the same time inquire of the said
Mrs. Lefebure if the said Rebecca Floster< no role > Lived with her or if
she Knew where she did live But the said Mrs. Lefebure gave
this Deponent very impertinent Answers and Would not
inform this Deponent whether the said Rebecca Floster< no role >
lived with her or not or where else she lived And this
Deponent at the same time enquired of several of the
Shopkeepers in the same Street & near Neighbours of the
said Mrs. Lefebure if the said Rebecca Floster< no role > lodged at the
said Mrs. Lefebure's House or if they or any of them knew
where she lived who all informed this Deponent they die not
know And this Deponent further maketh Oath and saith
that he this Deponent did also on the same Day serve
Robert Smith< no role > (who as this Deponent is informed & verify
believes is own Brother to the said Rebecca Floster< no role > ) with
another true Copy in writing of the said Notice hereunto annexed by
delivering the same unto a Woman at the House of the said
Robert Smith< no role > situate in Wellclose Square who informed
this Deponent that her name was Ann Mills< no role > and that she
was Servant to the said Robert Smith< no role > who she said was
not then at home And this Deponent sis at the same time
enquire of the said Ann Mills< no role > if she Knew where the said
Rebecca Floster< no role > then lived but the said Ann Mills< no role > said she
did not know An this Deponent further maketh Oath &
saith that he did on the thirty first Day of December last
past serve Robert Simpson< no role > with another true Copy in
writing of the said Notice hereunto annexed by having the
same at the Chambers of the said Robert Simpson< no role > in
