maketh Oath That he this Deponent did on the thirtieth Day of
December last past personally serve William Minet< no role > of
Fenchurchstreet London Esqr . and David Le Quesne< no role > of Broadstreet
London Esqr . (called in the Indictment by the name of David
Le Cane< no role > ) and each of them with a true Copy in Writing of the
notice hereunto annexed & at the same time this Deponent
enquired both of the said William Princt< no role > and David Le Quesne< no role >
if they know or could inform this Deponent where Rebecca
Folster< no role > (the only Witnesses on the Back of the said Indictment)
then lived but the said William Minet< no role > and David Le Quesne
severally declared to this Deponent and which he verity
believes that they could not give this Deponent any information
where the said Rebecca Floster< no role > did live or Could be found And
this Deponent further maketh Oath and Saith that both the
said William Minet< no role > and David Le Quesne Seemed very much
surprised at receuring the said Notice and both severally declared
(and which he this Deponent verify believes) that they were not
privity for or concerned in the prosecution of the said
Indictment against the said Defendantd or either of them And
this Deponent did also on the said thirtieth Day of December last
personally serve Mrs. Lefebure the Wife of John Lefebure< no role > and
sister to the said Rebecca Floster< no role > with another true Copy of the
Notice here unto annexed and this Deponent did at the same time
deliver unto the said Mrs. Lefebure one other true Copy in
Writing of the Notice here unto annexed which this Deponent
