Take notice that I will Appear at the next Session of Oyer
and Terminer to be held for the City of London at Justice
Hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the said City
on Wednesday the 11th Day of this Instant or So Soon after
as Council Can be heard and then and there Plead not
guilty to the Indictment Prefered by you against
Me and others and at the Same time take my Trial
upon the Said Indictment for a Conspiracy Dated this
7th Day of September 1751
