Take notice I shall move the Court at the next Session of oyer and terminer to be held for the City
of London by Adjournment at Justice Hall in the old bailey in the suburbs of the City of London on thursday the
fourth day of this instant July at nine of the clock in the forenoon of the Same day (or so soon after as Cauncilcom
he heard) put off the trial of this Cause until the next Session of oyer and terminer to be held for the said City for
that Jacob Levi< no role > of Partridge Court Houndsditch London Dealer in Druggs (the person of whom you had which the
last Session) is not as yet returned from Holland as was then expected But is now expected to be in
London in about afortnight time is a material Witness for me in this Cause and without whose testimony I cannot safely
parcel to trial in this cause Dated the 1st. day of July 1751 .
