one John Pasmore< no role > in the Temple Taken before John King< no role >
Esqr . Coroner for the City of London the 28th: Day of June 1751.

Daniel Stepping< no role > a Lodger at Mrs. Smiths in Pearl Court White fryars .
Maketh Oath & Saith that on Wednesday the 26th: of June 1751. between
10 & 11 at Night he saw one John Pasmore< no role > take a Young Woman round
the Wast being then abt. 6. or 7 Yards distant from the the Deceased
Thomas Westmore< no role > , Says upon that she went up to the Deced being in
Company with him & his Wife & heard the Deced desire the sd. Pasmore
to desist, upon which Pastmore said dont make any more Disterbont
it but shut up Shop, Says then Pasmore went away, But soon
returned & standing behind a Man Saw him pull the Deced's Wig
Says upon that the Deced turnd about in a Rage & second as if he was
going to strike Pasmore but did not, Says then he saw Pasmore
strike the Deced one blow with his right hand and another with
his Loft upon his saw bone upon which the Deced fell down
on the Paced Stones, And that the sd. Pasmore had no Stick in his hands

Maketh Oath & Saith that on Wednesday Night she went with the
Deced Thos. Westmore & his Wife into the Temple in Order to see the
fire works go off from Cupers Gardens , when one John Pasmore took
hold of her & wanted her to take a Walk & to go with him to drink or
Glass of Wine which she refused; Upon which the Deced Mr. Westmore
desired that he would let her alone & that she belongd to him, Says
up out that Pasmore went away, and presently the fire worker began [..]
to go off, But missing Mr. Westmore she turnd about & saw Pasmore
give Westmore a Blow with his right hand & then Westmore fell
down on his Loft side, Says there was no Words then as She heard
But the sd. Westmore soon after that dyed
