The King agt. Richard Hayward< no role > for Peying

Lancellot Person< no role > of Nothingham Court in the Parish of Saint
Giles's in the Fields in the County of Middlesex Bruor
maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent was at the
Supposed Dwelling House of William Jones< no role > in Charles
that in the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden and County afard
One of the Depts. Bail in this Cause and that upon Inquiring
of the Servants be longing to the said House in Charles that
[..] Sandlad thereof [..] this
Deponent that the same belonged to and was Rented by
Mrs. Letitia Stepherd< no role > who was sale mishap thereof
and that she paid the Rent Taxes and all other Charges to
the Landlord of said House And this Deponent
further Saith that he this Deponent Examined and Books
belonging to the Commissioners of the Land Tax and
Conders [..] Lights and on Inspecting the same the said
[..] Appeared to be paid by the said Mrs. Lettitia Stepherd< no role >
and not by the sd. William Jones< no role > so that from these
[..] this Deponent & only believes the said
William Jones< no role > is not Landlord of the said House in
[..] Street as aforesaid

Sworn in Court at Justice hall in the old Baily
in the submit of the City of London on Thursday the
July 6th. 1749
