One of the Depts. Bail in this Cause and that upon Inquiring
of the Servants be longing to the said House in Charles that

Deponent that the same belonged to and was Rented by
Mrs. Letitia Stepherd< no role >
who was sale mishap thereof
and that she paid the Rent Taxes and all other Charges to
the Landlord of said House And this Deponent
further Saith that he this Deponent Examined and Books
belonging to the Commissioners of the Land Tax and
Conders [..] Lights and on Inspecting the same the said
[..] Appeared to be paid by the said Mrs. Lettitia Stepherd< no role >
and not by the sd. William Jones< no role >
so that from these

is not Landlord of the said House in
