Bomondsey in the County of Surry Carpenter nicketh hath
that this Deponents Wife (being as this Deponent is Informed
and believes) a material Evident for the Prosecutor in this
Cause and without wife Testimony the said Prosecutor cannot
with safety proceed on the Tryal of this Cause; Is at this
time very Bigg with Child and momently in Expectation of
lying in therefore Cannot possibly attend on the Tryal of this
Cause without reposing her to the danger of her Life
