be moved on Tuesday next or so soon after as Councel can be heard for a
Writ of Certiorari to remove into the said Court all & singular Records.
of Conviction of whatsoever Trespasses & Contempts against the form of
the Statute intituled an act for continuing the Duties on Malt Mum
Cyder & perry to raise money by way of a Lottery for the Service of the
year: one thousand Seven hundred and twenty two & for Transferring the
Deficiencies of a late Malt act to the Land Tax for the said year &
for giving time for Inverting the money given with Apprentices in their
Indentures & touching lost bills Tickets or orders & for Exchanging
the Ticketts in the Exchequer for Certificates & for suppressing Letterys
Denominated Sales & other private Lotteries & for enlarging the time
for the Accountant General of the Bank of England
to return Duplicates
of Annuities into the Exchequer whereof Francis Baker< no role >
is Convicted
