These Examnts on their Oaths Say that about
eight of ye. Block this Morning, they Law a
Woman whose Name they have been informed is
Bamfied, fall Down, as these Examints
verily believe by Accident, about one foot or two feet
at most, before ye. Wheel of a Dray, which Henry

was then driving in Cateaton Street
in a
Gentle manner, that Sd. Woman upon her falling down
cryed out, when ye. Said Pearce endeavour'd to Stop ye.
Dray but notwithstanding he used his atmost
endeavour to as [..] Examnts verily believe he could
not Stop ye. horses before ye. Wheel of ye. Dray had
run against ye. said Woman whereby she was to
violently bruised & wounded that she died in ye. Peace
of Half an hour after
