The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the
County of Middx

Humbly Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of the said Sir William Billers< no role >
and Sir Richard Brocas< no role > Knight two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the City of London . and the
Liberties thereof bearing date the Twentieth day of
September 1734 Elizabeth Debney< no role > wife of James Debney< no role >
was removed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Nicholas Olave London. to the said Parish of St. James
as the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth
Debney Whereby you Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved

And Therefore humbly pray this
Court with please to Hear and
determine the said Appeal according
to Law and Justice
