The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Sarah Hartle< no role > , MichaelColly [..] Collins< no role > and
John Collygun< no role > Children of Elizabeth Collygun< no role > were by Order
of Pass Warrant dated the 15th. day of March last under
the Hands and Seals of St. Wm. Billers< no role > Knt . and Sr.
Richard Brocas< no role > Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate London to the said Parish of St. Paul
Shadwell as to the place of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners humbly Conceive themselves
Agrrieved thereby and Appeal against the same
and pray a day of hearing may be Appointed
this present Quarter Sessions for the hearing
and determining the same And that all
Persons Concerned may be Ordered to attend
to hear and Abide the Judgement and
determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal
