The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary at
Rotherhith in the County of Jurry.

Sheweth

That by Warrt: or Order of removal under the Hands and Seals
of Sr. Will: Billers< no role > Kt : Lord Mayor of the City of London and
Sr. Richard Hopkins< no role > knt : two of this Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the Said City bareing Date the 26th. day of
April 1734 Elizabeth Middleton< no role > Aged thirteen Years
was removed from the Parish of Alhallows on the Wall
London to the Said Parish of St. Mary at Rotherhith in
the County of Surry as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners think themselves Agrived &
Humbly Appeals against the Said Warrant or
Order & prays that your Worships will appoint
a day this Sessions for the hearing & Determining
the Same and that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of Alhallows
on the Wall London and all other Persons
concerned by sumoned to attend this Court to
hear & abide by the Judgment & Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal

And yr. Petitioners as in Duty bound
