That Whereas

an Order dated the twenty third day of December last
1734 under the hands & Seals of your Lordship & Robert
Alsop Esq. and alderman two of his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the said City (One being of the Quorum)
made upon the Complaint of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St Gyles without
Cripplegate
London is adjudged to has her last legal
Settlement in the said Parish of St Michael
Wood Street
to which she hath been conveyed by Vertue of the said Order
That your Petitioners do humbly apprehend them-
-selves to be agreived by the said Order for that the last
Legal Settlement of the said Frances the Wife
of the said
Samuel Davis< no role >
is not in the said Parish of St Michael
Wood Street
Therefore and for other matters appearing in
the said Order
Your Petioners do humbly appeal to
this Honble Court against the said Order
& pray the same may be quashed
