Certain building then & there being fixed Called Bpsgate &
150 s Wt. of Lead of the Value of 25s to an Empty house of the
Mayor Etc London then & there being fixed feloniously sd Sheet
take & hear away agts. the from of the Statute in yt. Case made
& pvided & agt- the Peace of our said Lord the King his Core

aforesaid that is to say in the

aforesaid £150 Wt. of Lead parcell of the
said £300 Wt of Lead so as aforesaid feloniously Stole
& received (of the said Thomas Pollar< no role >
then & there well
knowing the said £150 Wt. or Lead feloniously to have been
Stolen) agts. the form of the Statute in that Case made &
Provided & agt the Peace of our Said Lord the Kings
his Crown & Dignity
