Richard Jones< no role > of Cliffords Inn London Gentleman maketh Oath, That he was Present and did See
Henry Moore< no role > , by the name and Addition of Henry Moore< no role > of the Parish of St. James in the Liberty of
Westminster Esqr . Son and Heir of Elizabeth Moore< no role > deceased, who was One of the Daughters of
Henry Lowe< no role > late of the Island of Jamaica Esqr . deceased, Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver to
the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned the Parchment Indenture now Exhibited unto him this
Depont. whole, undefaced and uncancelled, bearing date the Twenty Seventh day of May Last,
made or mentioned to be made between the Said Henry Moore< no role > of the One, Part, and Benjamin
Hall Esqr . Principal of Cliffords Inn London of the Other Part, purporting and being a Conveyance
of certain Premises in the If land of Jamaica aforesaid, from the Said Henry Moore< no role > to the Said Benja.

< no role > , and that he this Depont. as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery thereof did thereupon
Write and Endorse his Name, as thereby it doth and may Appear; And this Depont. further Saith,
That he was also Present and did See the Said Benjamin Hall< no role > , Sealand as his Act and Deed deliver
to the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned the other Parchment Indenture now also Exhibited
unto him this Depont. whole undefaced [..] uncon [..] dat [..] Twenty Eighth [..]
May last, made or mentioned to be made between the Said Benjamine [..] ll of the One Sard,
Said Henry Moore< no role > of the Other Part, purporting and being a Recovery [..] e of the Said Premises
from the Said Benjamin Hall< no role > , to the Said Henry Moore< no role > , and that he this Depont. as a Witness
to the Sealing and Delivery thereof, did thereupon likewise Write and Endorse his Name as thereby
it also doth and may Appear. And this Depont. further Saith That the Two other Parchment
Indentures now Exhibited unto him, purporting and being Deeds of Conveyance and Reconveyance
of the Same Tenor and Date with those above mentioned were Sealed and Delivered by the Parties
above named in the Presence of him this Depont. and that as a Witness there to he did Write and
Endorse his Name upon Each of the Said Indentures, as by the Same it doth and may Appear.

And this Deponent further Saith, That he was Present and did see Susanna Lowe< no role > , by the Name
and Addition of Susanna Lowe< no role > of the Parish of St. James in the Liberty of Westminster Spinster ,
Young St Daughter of Henry Lowe< no role > late of the Island of Jamaica Esquire deceased, Seal and
as her Act and Deed deliver, to the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned, the Parchment
Indenture now Exhibited unto him this Depont. whole undefead and uncancelled, bearing
date the Twenty Seventh day of May Last made or mentioned tobe made between the Said
Susanna
