Whereas I Thos. Dawson< no role > Dept. in this Cause have given you Notice
that I Intended to appear at this Sessions of Oyer & Terminer & Goal Delivery of Newgate
held for the City of London an County of Middx at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey Londn.
to take my Tryall in this Cause and particularly on Tuesday the first of September next take
Notice That I Intend t move ye sd. Court to Morrow Morning at 8 of the Clock or
as soon after as Councell Can be heard to put off my said Tryall till the next Session
Witness my hand this 31st. Day of August 1730.
