Alexander Christopher< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause Maketh Oath
that he this Deponent was on Monday last being the Sixth day
of this Instant. taken lame in his Knee by a Hall from his horse
come in, from Henly upon Thames by which Accident he
was consine to his bed till last night & this Deponent Further
Saith that he came this morning to the old Bailey with intent
to prosecute the Deft. For the Fellony of which he stands
comitted, (this Deponent being bound in a recognizance so to
do) but was inform'd that the Grand Jury For the County.
of Middx were Discharg'd, which Said Accident was the only
reason that this Deponent could not indict the Said Deft
this Session
