And the Money for wch. the said Tobacca was
Soldforwas Shaired equally between this Examinant
and the above Jno. Davis Peter Saundry John Best and
William Gwin and this Examinant further Saith
that part of the said Tobacco was Solen out of a Ware house
of Mr. Care as Mercht. at Tower hill
and the other Parcell
were solen from Severall Warehouses unknown to this
Examinant
