taken before me on Oath Saith

That he this Examinant together with John Davis< no role > Peter
Saundry
< no role > John Best< no role > and William Gwin< no role > not yett taken
did at several times within Eight Months last past
steal Several parcells of Tobacco at divers times to the
Vallue of Two pounds and Sold the Same to one Joseph
Taylor
< no role > a Chandler at the Three Neats Tongus in Thames
Street And the Money for wch. the said Tobacca was
Soldforwas Shaired equally between this Examinant
and the above Jno. Davis Peter Saundry John Best and
William Gwin and this Examinant further Saith
that part of the said Tobacco was Solen out of a Ware house
of Mr. Care as Mercht. at Tower hill and the other Parcell
were solen from Severall Warehouses unknown to this
Examinant
