Kendrick Edwards< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause maketh Oath That the said Dept.
having intermarryed wth. our Edwd Hurst< no role > on or abt. the one & thirtieth day of October
last he this Depont her former husband proceed the said Dept. to be Apprehended and
taken and carryed before Richard Newton< no role > Esqr . one of his Majties Justices of the peace
of the County of Middx in or abt. the beginning of March last past before whome she
then gave Security for her Appearence at the then next Sessions of Goale Delivery
of Newgate to be holden for the City of London or County of Middx then and there
to answer Etc.And that at the Same Sessions he this Depont preferred a bill
of Indictmt. agt. the said Deft. for feloniously marrying the said Edward Thurst he
this Depont. her former husband being alive. wch. bill was found by the Grand Jury And
this Depont. further Saith that at the said Sessions he allended wth. his witnesses
every day but the said Dept. not appearing the and Recognizance Entred into forker
was Forfieled And this Depont. also further saith That he hath in the prossmen
of this cause disbursed laid out and Expended Fifty pounds or upwards and that
particularly that he hath laid out and Expended the Severall & respective Surry
of money in and abt. the Same in the bill of Costs hereunto annoxed menconed
to be paid and that the Severall Sumer not newconed therein to be paid together
wth. the twelve Shillings & weeke to be paid to the witness brought out of Flintshire
from this time to the next Sessions we and ought (us this Depont. is Advised) to be
paid by him this Depont.
