had in his Custody a Silver
Tankard which he & ye sd Gibbons had Stolen but
upon this Informats asking how & where they stole
it they begun to threaten him, and as they were
talking together one Henry Salter< no role >
came into the
room who was desired by the sd Gibbons & Winn
to goe & Sell the Tankard and accordingly ofter
they and beal & buried it the sd salter went
to dispose of it and they Informt. was Soul wth
him to take care that he did not run away with
the Tankard, but nevertheless Salter left the Informly [..]
at a Corner near ye Faleon & went to sell the
Tankard, and then this Informal Churched to Gibbery
& Winn but Salter did not return till they were
gone fram James's house nor did the sd salter
give any Account them where he disposed of ye sd
