Doctor of Physick Maketh Oath & Saith That he this
Deponent hath Attended the Deft Pakenham in
his Confinement in Newgate as his Physician And
Doth find him in a Violent [..] fever Attended
with Some Spasms or Convulsive motions of the
Nerves & does believe him to be Insensible and
Consequently in very great Danger of Dying of
this present Indisposition upon him & not fit to be
removed out of his Bed
