me this 12th: day of April 1723 .

Who Senally on their Oath Say and first the
said William Watson< no role > say the That his Ware
house was broke open at [..] Key London and
senvrall Gallons of French Brandey taken
thereout

And the sd Joseph Reed Saith That ye
said Warehouse was broke open on the Ninth
day of March last past and that [..] Richd Wallis< no role >
did own to him that he broke open the sd Warehouse
wth. on Adds and Wrencht the Paddlock there wth.
and that he sold Twenty Gallons of Brandy wch
he stole out of the sd ware house

And the sd John Watson further Saith
That the sd William Wallis did confess to him
that the broke open the sd Warehouse by Wrenching
[..] he paddlock wth. on Adds on the Ninth day
of March last past about Nine or Ten of the
Clock in the Evening of the Same day
