to Captain Robert Pakenham< no role > [..] now a Prisoner in the
Gaole of Newgate Severally make Oath and say
That there sd Master soon after his Comittmt.
to the sd Prison was Seized with Violent Illness
whug hath so Continued upon him that
means there of he hath been obliged to keep his
Bed & is frequently Delirious and is in so Week
a Condition & ill Slate of Heath that he is not in
a Capacity of being to be or removes out
out of his Bed without the utmost Danger
or his Life by reason of his Heness And these
Deports ran the better Defise the lace
for that they have in their Severall Turns
Attended their sd. Master in the sd Prisa
over Since His sd Confirement
