London Surgeon maketh Oath That he hath attended the
Defendt. Nathanll. Mist< no role > for a fortnight or thereabouts last past
That he hathattended the Defendt [..] Three Wounds in
his Left Legg Two of which are very large andof thatnature
That this Deponent apprehends and verily believes That he is
not able to get out of his Bed without Assistance. And he
further saith That he believes him to be in Such a dangerous
State of Health That the removing him out of his Chamber
into the open Air may very much Endanger his Life.
