This Deponts. upon his Oath Sayeth
that on or about the 16th instant Charles Palmer< no role > maring
him the screer, askd him to sell as ask of Mault for him and
then carryd him to Mr Thoms: Beatons< no role > or Broken wharfe
[..] the houres of 6 & 7 in the Evening, & our of Sd.

wma: 4 bushell of Mault, which the Sd: Depont. & Charles
Palmer< no role > sould to oneBesly in Doe Liute ally & for
that Sack of Mault they reed teen Shillings.

This Dept. farther sayeth the next day he met Wm:
Williams< no role > , & they togeather felloniously took & caryed
away 2 other Sacks of Mault from the foresaid Thoms.
