or to that effect he the said parker imediately agreed with the said Vintuer in his
descripcon of this Informt. in order to further the Escape of himselfe & the said
[..] from [..] being [..] ther this [..] Info [..] positvely Saith
and the said [..] that the said Parker knew this Informt. to be another Pson than what was
So described by the said Vintuer and that this Informant had about five
Months afore that paid the said Parkers Father at one paymt the sume
of Four, hundred pounds & upwards and at the mes, time this Informt
lost his Said Bagg of money the said Parker had in his Custody to
dispose of on Comission for this Informants Goods to the value of Two
hundred pounds. And Lastly this Informt. saith that his Pocket Book
was found on the said Rice when this Informt. returned to the sd Taverne
and charged him & the said Parker with haveing gott from this Informt
his said Bagg of money And this Informt further deposeth that
hedothhis perts and doth verily [..] the sd. Parker was consorn'd in and privy to [..]
[..] the picking of this Informts pocket of ye. bag of mony as [..]
