The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St Bartholomew by the Exchange London

Sheweth

That by Suite of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of her Maties
Justices of the peace within this City (one being of the Quorun) bearing Date the
fifth day of August last past One Samuel Linn< no role > was removed from the
parish of St Margarett Lothbury London unto the said Parish of St
Bartholomew by the Exchange alleadging the said parish to be the
place of his last legall Settlement

That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove That the
said Samuel Linn< no role > never had any legall Settlement in the
said Parish of St Bartholomew by the Exchange London
whereby they conceive themselves aggreived by the said warrant
and Judgment of the said two Justices and do humbly appeal
to your Rent and Worpps there from

Your Petitionrs therefore most humbly pray your
Honr & Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmissed and that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St Margarett
Lothbury may appear before you and hear and
abide the Determination of your Pson & Wapps
touching this Appeale

And your Petitionrs shall ever Pray Etc
