Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of her Maties
Justices of the peace
within this City (one being of the Quorn) one
Sarah Rann< no role >
wife
of
Job Rann< no role >
with her two Children has removed From the parish of St
Stephen
Colemanstreet London unto the said parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate
London alleadging the said parish to be the place of her last
legall Settlement
That your Petitionrs doubt not but to prove that the said Sarah
Rann< no role >
never had any legall Settlement in the said Parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate
whereby they conceive
themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices and doe humbly appeale to your
honr and Worpps therefrom
Your Peticonr therefore most humbly Pray your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to bear them in
the & Emissed and that the Churchwarden
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St
Stephens
Coleman Street
may appear before you and
hear and abide the Determination of your honr
and Worpps touching this appeale
