seven of the Clock in the Evening, and Confesseth That he got in at the
Window & then opened the Warehouse door, and soe let the said other psons.
in, and that he together with the said other psons then stole out of the said
Warehouse One Layed of Tobacco, wch was disposed of afterwards in
East Smithfield
pticularly part thereof to one Mr. BarleyinAnd alsoe
Confesses That on the first instant abt None or ten of the Clock at night
he next under a Gate [..] leading into a yard in Whites yard in Goodmans yard,

name is Dick, and the warehouse door being pinned with a hoop stick [..]
the sd. pson known by the name of Dick pushed the door & the hoop stick fell out

went into the said Warehouse & Stole two layes of Tobacco out of one
Hoyslead of Tobacco therein. And this Examint. denies that he was concerned
in the Robbing any warehouse in whicherleys yard in Thames Street

& others in Robbing or Warehouse in Hayden yard about seven or Eight of the Clock in
the Evening of the sd. day, and stole thereout some Tobacco, wch. they sold past the
same night & part the next days and saith that the sd. James Pewterer got in at the
window between the barrs & unbolted the warehouse door & let him & the others above
runned into it, by wch. means they came at the sd. Tobacco. And alsoe Confesses that
yesterday morning he went into Whites yard at the request of James Pewterer

told him they had planted & puised him half snacks, wch he accordingly had
And alsoe Confesses That two nights last week he was concerned with others
