being Examined touching a Felony
Comitted in Whitherley yard in Thame Street London in the Xtmas Holy days, Confesseth
That on or about Xtmas day last about seven of the Clock in the
Evening he helped one

and another boy called
James the Cobler over the wall belonging to the said Yard, and
staid at the Yard Gate with a boy, and the said Dickinson and
James the Cobler
brought Some Sugar in an Apron to the Yard gate
and put it under the Gate for this Examt. to receive which he
accordingly did and staid hard by till they came over the wall
back to him, And then this Examint. the said

the Cobler
and the other boy went together and sold the said Sugar
to a pson to him unknowne in East Smith feild, but for has much
the same was sold he doth not remember, but saith that he had
Four Shillings and Six pence thereof for this Share
