The Informacon of Joseph Dickinson< no role > taken upon Oath
before me John Steuart< no role > Esqr . one of her Maties Justices of the Peace
of the County of Middx.

This Informt. Joseph Dickinson< no role > deposeth and saith That on the
one & Thirtyeth day of Decembr. but between seven and Eight of the
Clock at night, James Pewterer Henry May< no role > John Armstrong< no role > George
Shittle
< no role > together with this Informt. went into Hayden yard in the Parish of
Trinity Minories in the Tower Liberty in order to Robb or Warehouse, and
in order thereinto the said James Pewterer< no role > This name instance is in set 4713. by the help of a barr got in at
the window and opened the Warehouse door, upon wch. this Informt. & the
rest of the persons above named went into the said Warehouse, and stole
thereout a quantity of Tobacco wch. they took out of Two Hogsheads of
Tobacco there, and sold part of the said stolen Tobacco the same night to one
Christopher Farlurn< no role > a Hosier neare Well Close watch house for Five
pence P pound amounting in the whole to Twelve shillings & six pence
which goods the said Christopher Farlam< no role > knew to be stolen***

And this Informt. further deposeth That on the first day of this
instant January about twelve of the Clock at night The said James
Pewterer got under a Gate leading into a yard in Whites yard in Goodmans
yard, and opened the said Gate & let this Informt. [..] knew to the
name of Dick, into the said yard, where the said James Pewterer next
through whole into a Warehouse, and put a quantity of Tobacco though
the said hole for this Informt. to take or receive, and when the sd. Pewterer
same out of the said Warehouse, this Informt. together with the sd. pewterer
and Dick carried the said Tobacco to the said Gate & left it there till the
next morning about six of the Clock for fear of the watch, at wch. time
this Informt. & the sd. James Pewterer , the boy known by the name of Pick
and alsoe the above named John Armstrong< no role > went & fetcht great part of
it away, and went and sold part thereof to the above named Christopher
Farlam
< no role > (his wife being prsent as well now as at the time above menconed)
for Nine shillings & six pence at the rate of Five pence P pound
and sold the remaining part thereof to one Sr Joseph Barley< no role >
Chandler at the Red Lyon agnt. Nightingale Lane in East Smithfield
for three shillings & six pence at six pence P Pound, who alsoe bought
part of the Tobacco stolen out of the ware house in Haydon yard as
aforesd. for Ten shillings & six pence at six pence P pound knowing
the same to be stolen

And this Informt. alsoe deposeth That on the Twenty fourth day of
December last between Seven & Eight of the Clock at night James
Pewterer & John Armstrong< no role > crept under a Gate leading into a place called
Whichelers yard in Thames Street , and got into a warehouse & stole from
thence a quantity of Browne Sugar wch. the said Pewterer & Armstrong
