together with this Informt. and Wm. Bird< no role > who waited without any
the Gate Sold to the before named Joseph Barley< no role > for
Twenty Shillings at Two pence Three farthings P pound, wch money
was equally divided amongst them.

And this Informt. further deposeth, That on Xtmas day last at
night about seven of the Clock, James Pewterer< no role > This name instance is in set 4713. [..] Wright
[..] and this Informt. got over a wall into
Whicherleys yard in Thames Street , and got into a Warehouse wch. they
found open, and Stole thereout a quantity of Sugar which they put
under the Gate to Thomas Wright< no role > & a pson called Will the Drover
who staid there on purpose to receive the same, and helped them
over the said Wall, and they all four went together and sold
the said Sugar for Eighteen Shillings to a Tallow Chandler next
the Plum of Feathers in East Smithfield , whose name as this Informt.
has heard is John Gubbrill< no role > , who gave them but Two pence three
fathings P pound for the same, and the money was equally
divided between them, which goods the said Gabbrill senrs to be
stolen

And this Informt. further deposeth That on the six & Twentyeth
day of Decembr. last about seven of the Clock at night, James
Pewterer and John Armstrong< no role > got over a Wall into Whicherleys yard
aforesaid, And stole Sugar out of a warehouse there, & put the
same under the yard Gate to this Informt. & William Bird< no role > who staid
there to receive the same, And they all four went & sold the same
that Right to the abovesaid John Gabrill< no role > for Nine shillings and
six pence at Two pence Three farthings P pound, wch. was equally
shared amongst them, and saith that the said Gabbrill knew the
said Goods to be stolen.

The further Informacon of Joseph Dickinson< no role >

The said Joseph in his two deposeth that Thomas Sanders< no role > living in Ragg Fair brought of this
Informt. & one John Armstrong< no role > on the 26th. of Decembr: last forty Eight pounds of Sugar for £12.
at three pence P pound wch. was stolen out of Whicherleys yard in Thomas street the night
before, eql. after they had bargained for the same, his wife took it in a Basket &
carried it out & in abt 2 hours after she come back & pd them for the said Sugars

And this Informt. further deposeth that on the second day of this instant January
he sold to one Anne Benson< no role > of Ross Mary Lane sixteene pounds of Tobocco for Eight
shillings wch. was stolen out of Whites yard in Goodmans yard the night before, but cannot
say the know the same to be stolen, but saith that the said Thomas Sanders< no role > knew the sd.
Sugars to be stolen wch. he bought of this Informt. at aforesd
