Complaint having been made unto me Sr. Richard Hoare< no role >
Knight Lord Mayor of the City of London and one of Her
Maties Justices of the Pease for this City and Liberties thereof
on the fifth Day of December last past by Henry Harrison< no role >
Senior near the Two Legger heads in St. Olave Street in Southwark
That her on that Day sent his son Henry Harrison< no role > Junior
to buy and saw him buy at the shop of Richard Milehill< no role >
at the End of Aldermanbury London Baker a Penny
Household Brick of Break which he then took into his
Custody and that the same wanted Three bunces and
upwards of the due weight according to the Assize then
appointed And the said Richard Milehill being duely
Sumoned to answer the said Complaint did thereupon
this Day appear before me to answer the same
accordingly He the said Henry Harrison< no role > senior the
Informant did then produce the said Brisk of
Bread and made Oath before Me to the Truth of his
said Complaint and Information I do therefore convict
the said Richard Milehill of the said Offence and I
do therefore adjudge him to forfeit the Sume of
Forty Shillings to be paid to the said Henry Harrison< no role >
Senior the Informant according to the Statute in
that Case lately made and provided Dated the 7th:
Day of January 1712.
