by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & seals of Two of her
Maties Justices of the peace
within this City of London
(one being of the
Quorm) bearing date the Three and Twentieth day of January last past
was removed from the Parish of St. Andrew Holborne
London to the said
Precinct of Bridewell
London alleadging the said Prcinct to be two Place
of the last legall settlement of the said
Mary Brandreth< no role >
That your Petitioners doubt not to prove that the said Mary
Brandreth< no role >
never had any legall settlement in the said Precinct
of Bridewell
where by they conceive themselves aggreived by the
Judgement of the said two Justices and doe humbly Appeale
to your Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Honr:
and Worpps will be pleased to heare them in the prmisses
and that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of
the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborne
London doe appeare
before you and heare and abide the Determination of your
Honr. & Worpps touching this Appeale
And Your Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc.
