Whereas complaint hath beene made unto us Whose hades & seales are here
unto Set two of her Majesties Jsutices of the Peace of the Citty of London
(Quorum Unus) by the Churchwardnes and Overseers of the Poore of the
Parish of St. Andrew Hollborne in London that Henry Brandreth< no role > lately
deceased with Mary Brandreth< no role > his Lately wife & widow, & this two
Children William< no role > and Henry< no role > came into the said Parish endeavouring to
gaine a Setlement there without giveing Notice in Writing to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the same Parish of the Place of his Aboade
or number of his Family and is like to become chargeable to the said
Parish, And it appearing unto us upon examination of Richael Sowerby< no role >
upon Oath that Henry Bramdreth aforesaid Lately deceased was Aprentice by
Indenture to John Glover< no role > Lookeing lassemaker in the Precinct of Bridewell
and Inhabited with Him, and that Since the expiration of this said Aprenticeship
the hath no other legall Setlement Wee therefore Order and Adjudge
the Precinct of Bridewell to be the Palce of the last legall Setlement of the
said Henry Brandreth< no role > , deceased his Wife and two Children aforesaid and
Do Order and require you the Officers of the Parish of St. Andrew
Hollborne aforesaid Locke or one of you to take pass and convey Mary
Brandreth William and Henry Brandreth< no role > aforesaid to the Precinct of
Bridewell aforesaid and theire deliver them to the Chappelll Wardens
of the Precinct of Bridewell aforesaid or One of the them Who are hereby in the
Majestices Name required ti receive and provide for them according to Law
and hereof you nor any of you are not to faile at your perills Given
Under our handed & seales this 23th. January Seaventeene hundred & Nine

of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborne London
and to the Chappell Wardens of Bridewell
Precinct , and all other Whome this may concerne
