Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & seals of two of her Maties
Justices of the Peace
within this City of London
(one being of the Quorn) bearing
date the Eighteenth day of Aprill last past was removed from the Parish
of St. Sepulchers
London to the said Parish of St Martin Orgars
London
alleadging the said Parish to be the place of the last legall settlemt
of the said

his wife & Children
That your Petitioners doubt not to prove That the said Samuell
Bedford< no role >
never had any legall settlement in the said Parish of St.
Martin Orgars
whereby they conceive themselves aggreived by
the Judgement of the said Two Justices and doe humbly appeale to your
Honr. and Worppl therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Honr: and
Worppl will be pleased to heare them in the prmisses
And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore
of the said Parish of St. Sepulchers
doe appeare before you
and heare and abide the determination of your Honr.
