Joseph Hoilse< no role > acced Twenty Yeares or thereabouts
one of the Marriners in the Vessell called the Freines Adventure
of Bridlington in the County of Yorke whereof Thomas Wilson< no role >
was Master Maketh Oath That on or about the Tenth day of
August 1705. There was Shipped on board the said Vessell
being a Sound Vessell by Mr John Atkinson< no role > att Cullercoates
in the County of Northumberland A Loading of white Salt
on the Accompt of Mr Abraham Jaggard< no role > Merchant to be
delivered to thin in the Port of London And that on the
Twelveth day of August 1705. near Sandhope in their passage
co London A great Quantity of the Said White Salt soe Shipped
was left by violent and Stormy weather which was not
occasioned by any Leakage of the said Vessell Nor by any
negligence or Default of the said Thomas Wilson< no role > . the Master
Nor by any of the Marriners in the said Vessell.
