in the County of Northumberland

Thousand Seaven hundred & twenty Bushells of white Salt
on the Accompt of Mr Abraham Jaynard< no role >

To be
delivered to him being the owner thereof in the Port of London
For which the Duty had been paid to her Majesty according
to the Act of Parliament in that behalfe And that on the 12th.
day of August 1705. neer Sandhope
in proceeding on the Voyage
for the Port of London
Itt soe happened That Three hundred
& Six Bushells of white Salt parcell of the Seaven hundred
and twenty Bushells of white Salt for Shipped therein as
aforesaid were lost by violent and Stormy weather And was
not occasioned by any Leakage of the said Vessell Nor by any
Negligence or Default of this Deponent or any of the Marriners
in the same Vessell And this Deponent did then see severall
vessells by the Said violent & Stormy weather driven on Shore
