one Daniel Zouch< no role > with others was Indicted at
Westminster but Zouch absconding himselfe was
taken in the City upon a Warrant made out against
him upon the said Indictment and was brought
before Sir. Edward Clarke< no role > and by him bound over
to appeare at Westminster Now the Sessions beginning
in the Easter-weeke and the Recognizance returned
unto you by Mr. Pike Clerk to Sd. Edward Clark< no role >
as hee did informe me I desire you (being concerned
in this by since for the prosecutor) to returne the Recogn to
me that I may returne them to Mr. Smith Clerk
of the peace for Westminster ; if you please
pray Send them by this barer soe I rest
