William Reeve< no role > who Lives near the Charter house
is a materiall Witnesse in this Cause for the said
Deft. John Davies< no role > To prove the Payment of a
Note relateina to the Matters in question And that
the said William Reeve< no role > Declared in the Prsence
of this Depont. & this [..] carries that some to be true That Hee was very Sick and weak
and not able to goe abroad without danger of his
Life haveing kept his Chamber as his wife alsoe
Declared in his Prsence these three moneths last
past And this Deponent further Saith That one
Phillip Parsons< no role > is alsoe another Materiall
Witnesse in this Cause for the said John Davies< no role >
to prove Paymt. of Tenn pounds in full of another
note of Twenty pounds in question And was the said
Phillipp Parsons< no role > is Assistant to the Surveyor of
Warehouse at the Custome house in the Port of
London and is sent out of Towne upon Extraordinary
